The travel planning fee is always non-refundable. Trip deposits are non-refundable unless the trip deposit is covered under your travel insurance policy. Trip payments are fully refundable during the free cancellation period outlined in your specific vacation package. Please refer to your trip brochure for full refund and cancellation policies. In the event that you need to cancel your trip, an insurance claim can be filed for all trip payments including the non-refundable trip deposit. With the insurance claim, if you cancel within the cancellation period, you may be eligible for a refund of up to 75% – 100% of what you paid. Refund eligibility will be determined at the time of filing.
